Just as important as the three features I described above are fortigate vs sonicwall in terms of security features, etc, but that is a different conversation, at this time I'm only looking for feedback on the three items I mentioned above. I would use ctrl + f to find the item I was looking for, but once they introduced the search box, I stopped scrolling through pages, there was no need. I remember older firmware had pages that you could quickly click through (if you had a lot of rules, address objects, etc, it made it a bit harder to find things by clicking pages). The search bar is a great addition to their GUI. I also like how sonicwall has zones, a firewall matrix/dropdown for access rules and search. I feel that the sonicwall does those things very well.
